Please allow a maximum of 24 hours for your Token Package to appear in the backoffice, even though in most cases it happens much faster.

If your Token Package does not appear in the backoffice after 24 hours, the most common reason is the amount of BTC sent was slightly less than the amount on the order. If the amount of BTC sent is LESS than the amount on the order, the package order will not be processed and the BTC will be placed in your available balance and is viewable in your "My Wallet" page.

The funds in your available balance can be used when making purchases through the backoffice.
