In order to improve security on accounts, we have analyzed accounts with recent withdrawal requests using new wallets. We have cleared these requests and returned the BTC back to your account balance.

Please log in to your account again and do the following:

1.  Set up your security questions, by going to (top right link, select "My Profile").  Then click on "Enter Security Questions"

2.  You should also set up Google Authenticator for added security for your account.
